BASE

Base is the third largest Belgium mobile telecommunication operator. The Base brand is part of the Telenet Group and this project was part of a larger digital transformation.

I've initially joined the project as the second designer, sharing responsibilities with a lead UI designer, a UX designer, a product owner and a web master from the engineering team.

Eventually I've taken over the ownership of the project as the only UI designer having also the opportunity to collaborate with the dev team as they were progressing in the development phase.

The brief for this project was to streamline the user experience across all the Base eCare B2B and B2C products by adhering to the Base visual language.
